ABOUT US
FRANK FOX – Partner and Chief Manager
(writer/executive producer of Side Sho)
Frank began acting late in life, taking lessons in 2000. Within a
year he was active in local theatre and began appearing in both
indie and major film productions. However, given his business acumen
of the past 30 years, he realized he was more effective behind a
camera than in front of it. He produced his first film in 2004.
Side Sho, a collaboration with wife Paula, was completed in
2005.
Frank and Paula have two children, Mary Jo and Jim, and live on
Sunny Day Farms in Lebanon, TN with their dogs, cats, chickens,
honeybees and turtles. When not working, Frank enjoys reading and
(what else?) watching movies!
MIKE D'ANNA – Partner
(director/editor of Side Sho)
Michael D’Anna has been a filmmaker since the age of 10…and for the
last 15 years, he’s actually been getting paid for it. Making his
name in commercials and music videos as a writer/director and editor
for over a decade in his native home of Nashville, TN, Side Sho
is Mike’s first feature directorial venture.
Joining up with Lucky Kitty Productions in 2004, Mike recognized an
immediate kinship with the Fox’s and saw a chance to work with
producers who share the same love of the genre and enthusiasm for
filmmaking. With several projects taking up valuable space in his
head, he looks forward to the future of LKPLLC and the chance to
scare the heck out of millions.
PAULA FOX – Secretary
(producer of Side Sho)
Paula is a newcomer to the film industry. However, her years of
experience as director/ producer /actress in community and university
theatre made the transition into the movie business a little easier.
Organizational and motivational skills are a gift and extremely
necessary in the production segment of filmmaking.
Paula (aka PK) and her husband, Frank (Partner and Chief Manager,
see above) enjoy the movies, theatre, all forms of entertainment,
and people. She holds a BFA in Theatre from Cumberland University
and a Theatre Education Certification from Trevecca Nazarene
University. Both of their children are involved in theatre and
communications.

MISSION STATEMENT
To be the most efficient and profitable independent production house
in the South, specializing in quality, story-driven horror and
action-genre direct-to-DVD feature films and High-Definition video
television productions with budgets of $2 million or less and
ratings of “PG13” or “R”.
LKPLLC strives to have, at all times, three (3) projects in various
stages of production (pre, active, and post), while capitalizing on
its STRENGTHS:
A. An experienced team = quick, cost-effective, quality shoots.
B. Profitable genre with worldwide appeal = profitable distribution
in both domestic and foreign markets.
C. Shooting in “Right To Work” states = lower production
costs/greater profits.
D. Varied sites within a reasonable (200 mile) radius = faster
shoots and lower production costs/greater profits.
E. Specific, finite “end-user” markets; direct-to-DVD (feature
films) and state-of-the-art High Definition Video (cable television
and internet) = eager (top dollar) product acceptance by dynamic,
under-supplied national and international markets.
WEAKNESSES:
A. LKPLLC is an unlikely Academy Award nominee.
